Customer Service Support Specialist (m/f/d)

for our location in Frankfurt am Main


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Provide first line technical support to customers as entry point for all customer queries in the day-to-day business
  • Provide support for phone calls, emails, chat and tickets from end users regarding cytric product and queries
  • Collaborate with other teams for case resolution
  • Undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of end user incidents/cases
  • Proactively identify problem areas, and devise and deliver solutions to enhance the service quality
  • Oversee the development and communication of help sheets, usage guides, and FAQs for end users
  • Support process improvement opportunities to drive operational efficiencies


Your profile:

  • Apprenticeship as travel agent, in tourism or comparable
  • Experience in Customer Service or other relevant experience with strong technical affinity
  • Experience working with Online Booking Engines, cytric would be a plus
  • Structured and self-reliant, but you also enjoy working in a team
  • Strong communication and proactive appearance in customer contact
  • Customer-oriented thinking and effective problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and German
